Today, you wore a pair of CALF sneakers with your casual wear. Do you usually wear colorful clothes?
Yes, I have always liked colorful clothes, and I don't wear black or anything like that. I especially like red. Bright colors naturally lift my spirits just by wearing them.
Do you wear sneakers often?
I wear sneakers almost every day. I rarely wear heels or anything else at Pravate.
I see. What do you look for when choosing sneakers?
Lightness and ease of movement are important to me. In terms of design, I like shoes with thick soles and shoes with a little volume. They are very menswear-like.
How comfortable were these sneakers?
It's very light, I can run around, and I feel like I can jump high (laughs). (Laughs.) They also feel good on my feet. I also don't wear heels because I can't run in a pinch.
Pinch ......? (Laughs)
I am often late (laughs). (Laughs.) So I wear sneakers in case of such an emergency.
I'm glad it was a cute pinch. The sneakers you chose for us are based on a simple white color, contrary to the clothes.
I often wear colorful clothes, so I like sneakers that are simple and easy to match. Even if I wear them, they are just something with a hint of color. I've been wanting white or silver sneakers lately, so these were exactly what I had in mind.
I'm glad to hear that! And I love how you linked the colors of your socks and nails. Do you usually match your makeup with fashion?
I don't usually wear much makeup, but I really like my nails. They lift my spirits every time I see them. It's fun to combine them like this.
Do you have any personal rules when it comes to fashion?
I try to wear what I want to wear without sticking to one style. I try on various color combinations according to my mood at any given time, and I am always happy when I make a new discovery, such as "this color and that color go surprisingly well together.
By the way, did you know about CALF?
I had seen it before during a photo shoot, and I think I asked the stylist, "Where is that from?" I think I asked the stylist "Where did you get that? I think I asked the stylist, "Where did you get that?" I think I saw a lot of unique color schemes, and they are wonderful. They are colorful but also have an inorganic aspect, perhaps because they were born in the cold regions of Scandinavia, and the balance between the two is exquisite. My mother's birthday is coming up soon, so maybe I will give it to her as a gift.
A side of the model and actress that exists like a gradation.
You have been active as an actress as well as a model, recently appearing in the movie "Wind Telephone". Do you distinguish between the two?
Well, I don't feel that there is a clear line between the two. But I can find new expressions in my acting, and I think I am making use of that in my work as a model. I am not really conscious of it, but there are moments when I suddenly become aware of such things. I feel that expressing myself in the world that I have created is common to both, and that is what I enjoy about my work.
I see that you are a model and an actress, two colors that blend together to create your color palette. Do you have any plans to shift your focus to one or the other in the future?
I can't choose one or the other. I meet some of the same people at each site, and some are completely different, so both are stimulating. When I do a lot of acting work, I miss modeling, and vice versa. I want to continue to do both, as I think they are both important.
