The interesting thing about "all-star" is that the image can be changed so much by a single pattern.
What kind of restaurant is Poolside?
Basically, it is the flagship store of my apparel brand "Gofukusei," and at the same time, it is a store that selects vintage clothing and records to go with it, so it is what we call a select store. We select items from each of the genres in which we specialize, such as music, which is my specialty, and computer-related topics, which is my partner's specialty.
I see that you deal in records as well as apparel.
I am the one who buys the records, and I am confident in Hawaiian music. Thanks to that, we have had a good response from customers, and even young people who have never been exposed to records have become interested, which makes me happy. We play music and serve drinks in a relaxed manner, so I hope that people find it a comfortable space.
The atmosphere of the store and the nostalgic yet catchy taste of the "All Star US" shoes you had us wear this time match well.
Thank you very much! When I actually tried them on, I was surprised at how comfortable they were. I myself have been a "Converse" fan since I was working at a vintage clothing store called "Lost Hills. At the time, everyone around me was wearing old "All Star" sneakers, and when I started working, I was told by my seniors that I should have a pair. Recently, I have been enjoying "One Star" sneakers and other models with updated functionality.
The All Star US is another model that has been updated for comfort while pursuing a vintage look. The most distinctive feature of this model is the unique cow print upper. The shiny rubber parts and notched ankle patches give it a vintage look, and we are sure Mr. Suzuki feels nostalgic about them.
I see. The ankle patches, the glossy toe, the cotton heel tape, and so on, all of these elements certainly give off a certain vibe. The cow pattern has the feel of the animal prints of the 80's, such as the giraffe pattern. The interesting thing about the "All Star" is that the image of the standard silhouette can change so much just by changing the pattern. And with vintage items, the price has skyrocketed, and it is difficult to find a pair in your size. I can wear them out with ease.
By the way, what is the point of today's coordination?
I don't think I wear denim pants in this size anymore, but I think it's easier to fit in with my own style if they are a little dirty. In fact, I reconfirmed that it is good to go around the circle and feel freshness. Remembering the atmosphere of the days when I worked at "Lost Hills," I tried to express the atmosphere of those days in the overall silhouette.
