Q1. What is your image or memory of "Vans"?
It's the image of skateshoes, but I've been wearing them for a long time because they fit my style, like biking and surfing. . They have a good low-tech feel, or rather, an unchanging appeal.
Q2: How do you feel about the new "OLD SKOOL" model?
They are crazy easy to wear. There is a great sense of support under the ankles, and the curve of the inner sole makes a big difference in the feeling of wearing them. They are also very light.
Q3. what is your favorite bicycle?
I bought this frame with the first money I saved when I was 18 years old. I built it last year after a long time. When I was running as a messenger, I first rode this road bike, and after that it was always a pisto bike.
Q4. what kind of fashion do you like?
. including "Vans," I don't change what I wear. . Also, today I wore a long T-shirt I bought at Butter Vintage, a vintage clothing store in Motomachi, Yokohama, which I have been patronizing.
Q5. Where would you like to go by bicycle?
I also have a mountain bike , so I want to go to the mountains and do XC. I've been biking in the city all my life, and now that I have a family, I want to play with my bike in ways I never did before.
