Kamiya-san, tell us about your latest favorite sneakers. Let's start with these "Vans. What model is this?
Kamiya:This model was inspired by the BMX-themed movie "RAD. I'm not that much into BMX culture, but I really like the coloring and design of these "Vans" sneakers. I can say that they are my favorite sneakers in history.
You liked them so much that you bought three pairs of the same one.
Kamiya:I first bought them about 10 years ago. I was influenced by seeing the staff of a sports store in Harajuku wearing them. . Since then, I have been buying more whenever I find them.
. Two of the three pairs are almost new, but one pair has been worn to the point of falling apart.
Kamiya:I end up wearing these all the time because they have become too comfortable on my feet. I played with them a lot and went to many places wearing them. They are a pair that I am very attached to. The other two pairs are for stock. I would like to buy more pairs in the future if I come across them.

Kamiya:About 10 years ago, Yu Yamaki of "CURIOSITY," a company I work with, gave me a pair of these shoes that he was wearing. I have not been able to wear them yet because I feel they are a waste.

Kamiya:I started listening to these sneakers as a start. . Not only this, but I often enter culture through objects.
