Bicycles are gaining more and more attention as a means of transportation in the new normal era. Cross bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes......, there are many different types of frames, but which one should you choose? What is the best customization for city riding? We asked the staff of "Blue Rag," a leader in Tokyo's bicycling culture, to introduce their favorite bikes and customization tips. We have put together a casual randonneur-style bicycle for touring. I sometimes ride off-road, so I put on larger tires than usual. Even so, it is quite fast, and I like the balance between stability and speed.

Drop bars are a multi-purpose handlebar that can accommodate a variety of postures. They are perfect for bicycles that are ridden over long distances. Since we sometimes ride on forest roads in the mountains, we carry two bottles just in case.

I had in mind a "big BMX cruiser. We made the wheels smaller than the standard size and put bigger tires on them instead. Normally, it would be a sharp bike like a track bike, but we built it so that it can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner in everyday life.

The BMX-like riser handle allows you to cruise in a chill position with your upper body up while still being able to ride actively. The frame cover is covered with a patch for originality.
