I was originally interested in golf, but when I started styling for a golf magazine, I started playing golf in earnest. At first, I had a hard time because I did not understand the etiquette and rules specific to golf. I am glad that nowadays, dress codes have loosened up and you can play a round of golf in shorts, etc., except on courses that are considered "prestigious. However, when playing a round of golf with other beginners, it is better to remember the minimum rules, such as using a green fork to fix a dent on the green.
