Rainbow Six Siege" is a passion that transcends age and occupation.
Gaming has matured as a culture, and has even spawned a new type of competition called e-sports. It is no longer a core game that appeals only to a certain segment of the population, but has expanded into a form of entertainment that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike, and videos of people playing games are uploaded to video distribution sites day and night.
BEAMS T bridges fashion and culture under the theme of "ART FOR EVERYDAY" and integrates them into everyday life. It was only a few days ago that Ubisoft, the world's third largest independent video game company based in France, teamed up with BEAMS T to hold a distribution event. It was the day before the launch of the collaboration between "BEAMS T" and DHC, and between "Ubisoft" and DHC.

The theme of the distribution is "GAME for EVERYDAY," a nod to the theme of the "BEAMS T" as well as the collaborative items.
Guests were Mr. Kawamoto from the Next-in-Chief Section, Mr. Yasumura from Anyway, and Mr. Okayama as talk MC. The five members of "DHC" and Kohei Mizumura, director of "BEAMS T," took the stage. The first half of the recording consisted of a talk session, and the second half consisted of teams actually playing the game. The sight of the participants wearing the collaboration items and seriously enjoying themselves was thrilling and made one want to try the game even if one did not know the game.

So, what is "DHC"? For those of you who may be asking, DHC is a game team of six creators.
The members are graphic designer Shinknownsuke, artist FACE, "BOTT" designer TEITO, illustrator Aimi Odawara, editor Ryosuke Numano, and "BACKDOOR/SUPPLY TOKYO" owner Chihiro Ioka. Hiroshi Ioka, owner of "BACKDOOR/SUPPLY TOKYO" (unfortunately absent on the day of the recording). The activities of the group are nightly gatherings to enjoy games with a tension of 80% enjoyment and 20% seriousness.

DHC chose the popular game "Rainbow Six Siege," the game that inspired its formation and that it has enjoyed as a fan for many years, as the subject of its distribution and items.
Based on the world of the novels written by Tom Clancy, this game is a popular game series in which the "Rainbow," a special anti-terrorist unit made up of members of special forces from around the world, plays an active role. The game is a First Person Shooter (FPS) themed on a raid on a building holed up by terrorists, so the realistic feeling of being in the middle of the action from the character's point of view is very appealing.
The stream is archived on YouTube, so search for "BEAMS T x UBISOFT" or check it out here!
This time, we took time out of our hectic pre-recording schedule to talk a little with "DHC", Ms. Kawamoto and Mr. Yasumura.
