. I enjoy it like a big joke, seeing how cool I can wear it.

The project'sVol.02Mr. Lambda Takahashi, who appeared in the "JQ-kun is also into sweatshirts," told us that "JQ-kun is also into sweatshirts.
JQ:I have been wearing sweatshirts a lot since I was a student, and sweatshirts have always been my favorite item. In the past two years or so, there has been another boom in me, and I am hooked on them again.
What triggered the boom?
JQ:It is completely influenced by Corona. It is easy to wear at home, and you can even go outside without changing. When I coordinate it with a pearl necklace, the outfit becomes much tighter. I enjoy matching them with various outfits, and as an extension of this, I even wear sweatshirts on stage.
I think that fashion should have a certain edge to it. For example, mixing vintage clothes with high-end brands, or playing with silhouettes. However, it is difficult to make sweatshirts work as a fashion item, because they are completely removed from the brand. So, I enjoy it as if I am playing a game to see how I can wear it in a cool way.

What do you keep in mind in order to make it work as a fashion item?
JQ:Sizing is really important. I buy the same sweatshirt set-up, choosing between just right and oversized or small. The combination of sizes gives a completely different impression.
In addition, shoes are also quite important. If the top and bottom are oversized, I use loafers on the feet to tighten them up, as I did today. If I want to wear sneakers, I will wear regular-size bottoms to keep the silhouette slim and balanced.

And then, like today, you can add accessories.
JQ:. yes, I know, I know. . as well as accessories and socks. . picking up the color of the hem of the innerwear and linking it with the color of the socks, and so on. It was calculated down to the smallest detail.
You enjoy styling in a rather logical way, don't you?
JQ:A sweatshirt set-up has to be tightened up somewhere, or it will completely turn into pajamas. To prevent this from happening, I put a lot of thought into coordinating my outfits. But when I get into it, I'm in control (laughs). I go to bed in sweats, and when I wake up, I just go out in the same outfit, adding and subtracting to the coordination. That's why I wear sweatshirts all the time these days, both at home and outside (laughs). (Laughs). Because of Corona, I don't switch between "on" and "off" anymore. . So even if I am suddenly summoned by a friend, I can go out right away.
