REGAL" is a prestigious and long-established company with its origins in the manufacture of military shoes. Its history can be traced back to 1902, when the company was founded in Japan. It was the eve of the Russo-Japanese War. Importing more than 100 shoe-making machines from Germany, the company soon became the official supplier to the army.
