Last spurt while sightseeing in Tokyo!
With a steady stream of fish, we moved on to the next point of interest. The destination was Rainbow Bridge. As the name suggests, this is where the two members of Metropolis Fishing, who also enjoy fishing in the city, go to fish.

KOZAKANA:Odaiba is an area I visit often, but with a boat I can explore points that I can't from land.
Ishii:I'm not used to rods and lures, so I'm puzzled that I can't drop them where I want them to go. ...... The two guys from "Metropolis Fishing" lent me a worm and gave me some advice, and I've been relying on them , thank you very much.

However, the tide was too low at low tide that day , so we moved again. Next, we headed to Hamarikyu Gardens for a rest.
Ikemoto:. to Haneda, to Odaiba, to Hamarikyu, and so on. If we were traveling by car, it would take a lot of time, but with a boat, it's just a matter of minutes. The scenery is nice, and it's a good experience, different from the usual fishing.

Floating on the sea, with a building behind it , and a Japanese garden beside it. It is a somewhat mysterious sight. This is the perfect place to take a break, even if you don't fish! So we posed for a photo in a fishing pose.
After taking good pictures, the next stop was the Tokyo Gate Bridge. Nearby Wakasu Seaside Park is also a popular spot for anglers.

Another hit here! It was caught by Mr. Takamine.

Takamine:I thought they were on the bottom because they were inactive, so I was slowly pulling the bottom with a worm and caught them. This time I caught it just as I wanted and felt good about it. The size of the fish was big!
Then, no bites. . so far, the fishing has been in areas with deep water and shallows. So we decide to go back to Haneda Airport first. . light footwork, which is not possible on a shared fishing boat. . I like renting a boat because I can explore the points of interest as much as I want.

When I moved on, my reading was right and I caught ...... another Ichikawa! And it's two fish in a row.

Ichikawa:Both lures were metal jigs with blades . There are two holes for tying a line on the nose and the head of the lure, and when I switched from the nose to the head, I was able to catch fish continuously. Rather than reeling it in horizontally, I reeled it in diagonally up while shaking it a little.
This streak has rekindled everyone's motivation. They are more focused than ever before.

Unfortunately, the time was up and the fishing was over. Some were satisfied and some were unsatisfied, but their faces showed that they had a good time.
Ichikawa:I thought it was a hurdle to go boating in the ocean , but if you can rent a boat, it's a familiar pastime. It has broadened my scope of play. Today's catch was just too much to do. Thank you, guys, for getting together to bring me out (laughs).
Ishii:I had been catching fish almost every time, so I kind of thought I would be able to catch them in my usual way, but ...... fishing is not that sweet. But it was nice to play in nature! . Now that the weather is warmer, I want to go fishing as much as I can. It just so happens that the Abu Garcia rod I used today has the same coloring as my bicycle, so I thought it would be nice to take a pack of rods and go for a bike ride around Tokyo Bay on my day off.
Ikemoto:It was fun to try a new type of fishing, different from bass fishing or sea bass from land. I should have learned how to use metal jigs properly before I came. ......
Komatsu:Anyway, the boat was nice! So you have the option of renting a boat as long as you have a license. I've learned to play with adults, being able to go boating without having to pay for maintenance and mooring. And I'm glad my hands smell like fish today.
KOZAKANA:I only regret not being able to catch it. Let me have my revenge. But it was fun to be on the boat. It didn't shake as much as I expected and I was able to cast stably. I was just thinking of getting a marine license, so I would like to rent a Yamaha boat!
Takamine:I'm glad we caught more fish than KOZAKANA (laughs). . If we rent a boat and steer it ourselves, we can freely go around to any point we like. From now on, even if you don't fish, it will be nice just cruising around.

--Subsequent Story
The sea bass we caught were fried and baked in butter and served on the Ikemoto family's table. The good thing about sea fishing is that you can eat them.
And KOZAKANA, aka Muyo-kun, who had failed to catch any fish, was so frustrated that he went fishing again the next day in Odaiba. To his surprise, he caught three fish that day! . I hope he catches one on the day of the shoot. We are waiting for your revenge!
