Yes, I do. In my hometown, I would come to the beach in the morning and spend an hour or so, taking a walk or reading with a cup of coffee. The Corona disaster was a time I spent at my parents' house, and I realized anew how much I appreciated the ocean.
Do you sometimes think about lyrics at sea?
I often work alone at home at night when it is quiet and still. I am often told that the lyrics I write are introspective, but I think that is probably because I think about them alone at night. It is in a quiet environment that I can draw out the emotions I want to express in my music.
I think it's a good balance between going to the beach in the morning and staying in my room to work on my projects.
I believe that the balance between yin and yang is important. 'AmberAmber is the only gemstone derived from plants. In the language of the stone, it is said to mean "to keep the balance of yin and yang," and that is the theme of my song. What inspires you?
Someone once told me that the lyrics I write are like novels written by female authors. Actually, I don't choose my novels based on gender, but all of my favorite novels are written by female authors. . I thought that influence came out in the lyrics. I want to incorporate not only what I see in my eyes, but also the scenes in my mind into the lyrics, which may be the reason why the lyrics seem novel-like.
Do you usually wear sunglasses?

I heard that you were scouted for your music career when you exhibited your clothes at the Design Festa. Isn't it interesting to discover new things when you work in different fields?
Before I started music, I used to do only work that was completed by myself, but since I started collaborating with various people to produce music, I have realized new possibilities. I thought I was not a good team player, but by consulting with someone, I was able to make a breakthrough, or to demonstrate my ability beyond my own limits. . That's why I now want to produce with a wider variety of people.
Do you still make clothes?
. I am working on a new project right now. What I have been doing since I was a high school student is creating clothing installations using military gloves and blue sheets, instead of making clothes from materials bought at fabric stores. As an extension of this project, I am currently working with a friend's brand on a project to create textiles from trash found in the river. That is a collaboration with Bunka Fashion College, and I am allowed to do it as part of my classes. I continued the project simply because I liked it, and as a result of pursuing my own interests, I gained more friends and students began to cooperate with me.
You are active in a variety of categories.
Writing a column that has been published in a Series in a magazine for about five years is another form of self-expression, as is being an actor. I am often thought of as someone who is doing something different, but since my main activity is music and other elements are intertwined with Chan-Yu, I think that is fine.

What made you decide to pursue a career in the culinary arts?
I have always loved cooking, and I remember that when I made rice for my kan when I was a child, she told me that I would be a chef in the future. I was planning to open a restaurant after training at a few authentic restaurants, but a chance encounter led me to join an office in Tokyo.
What are your main activities now?
Menu development is a big part of our work. Right now we are working on a frozen food prototype and plan to release a cookbook in the fall or so. We also have contacts with people in the apparel industry, so we are planning to collaborate with them through food.
Cooking is the most familiar creative activity.
There are many new discoveries when cooking, so I sometimes venture to try different ways of cooking in search of them. . I try boiling instead of steaming, or baking instead of stewing. . I also like to rearrange things. For example, yakisoba noodles with meat sauce, or stir-fried meat and potatoes. When I think about the menu every day, I come up with all kinds of ideas. The number of dishes I have eaten at restaurants that I want to make is only increasing, and I have more than 200 dishes that I have written down. I don't know the exact seasonings and quantities, so I think about them and arrange them in my own way.
What do you find interesting about cooking?
I like the fact that I can be so selfless. I am motivated by the feeling of wanting someone to eat my food, and I also enjoy expanding my repertoire of dishes that I can make. It is also interesting that even if I use the same procedures and quantities, the flavors are unique. The other aspects of cooking, such as choosing drinks that go well together and buying plates, are also appealing. I also like to cook simple meals when camping or when I catch fish, so I really appreciate what my mother used to say to me.

Sometimes I forget to take it with me, so it would be nice to keep it in my car for driving.
