It was in June when Mr. Kobayashi of "Flotsam Books" contacted us saying, "I'm thinking of holding a zine-themed sales event. The concept of the event was to sell zines collected through a call for entries, regardless of whether they were famous or unknown, and regardless of their content.
About two months after the conception, about 100 zines were gathered from all over Japan that met the three requirements: "produced within a year," "priced within 3,000 yen," and "small enough to fit in a letter-pack.
