- What activities have you been involved in recently?
Recently, we seem to be working more as solo artists than as a duo. My partner has been active as a stage actor. To be honest, we haven't been able to do much that I can talk about here.
Nanga was also born in Shiga Prefecture, but I heard that they started with down quilts and then went on to make sleeping bags, and from there expanded into apparel. And since his brand is selling so well, I hope it will sell just as well (laughs). (Laughs.) Since we are from the same hometown, I would like to do some events together in my hometown. There are surprisingly few people from Shiga.
- How do you feel about the comfort of this hometown "Nanga" brand?
I haven't worn much down recently, but it is still warm. I can wear only a T-shirt inside. And it is lightweight anyway! The silhouette is somewhat roomy, so it looks good even if you wear a thick sweatshirt.

- What do you want to do in the future as a comedian?
Of course, I would like to persist in my efforts until I gain recognition, appear regularly on TV programs, and have my own TV show. In the past, I used to turn off the TV whenever a successful comedian was on the air, and I used to be jealous of funny stories, saying things like, "Don't laugh at that! I used to turn off the TV when a successful comedian was on, and even when I saw a funny joke, I would be jealous, and I was quite stubborn. I think of it as "the grass is greener on the other side. I think we have to keep our feet on the ground and work steadily, without asking for what we don't have.
