Your house looks like a villa, even though it is located in Tokyo.
Kojima:. this is a Danish house built in the 80's. .
The interiors are all very nice. What criteria did you use to select them?
Kojima:. maybe it's similar to how I choose clothes. I like designer furniture and clothes , and I like ethnic items. I like Eero Saarinen , and I also buy interior decor sold on the street in foreign countries.
. Japanese-style straw and calligraphy are also well integrated into the Danish House, aren't they?

Kojima:The straw was purchased at "Straw Craft Takubo" in Takachiho, Miyazaki Prefecture, and is meant to bring good luck. Moreover, it seems to be tied in such a way that once it is tied, it cannot be untied. Our friends often gather at our house, so we display it as a way to welcome them. . . it's a little embarrassing to explain it all (laughs).
I feel like they're looking inside my head (laughs).
Kojima:That's right (laughs).
What kind of calligraphy do you do?
Kojima:It belongs to a calligrapher in Paris. My husband took his portrait, and he sent it to me all the way from Paris. At that time, we talked about my husband's love of dogs, and he wrote "Inu" (dog) on it.

Let me ask you this, do you drink coffee on a regular basis?
Kojima:I really love coffee, and I drink three cups every day. Like I always have one cup in the morning, one after lunch, and another in the evening.
Do you often use hand drip?
Kojima:I used to be a hand-drip coffee drinker, but with kids and busy mornings, I recently bought a Barmuda coffee maker and have been using it more often. It brews quite deliciously and doesn't have the blurred taste of hand drip.
Can you tell us about your favorite beans?
Kojima:I like it dark, so I often choose a deep roast.
How do you like the taste of KEIJYUKU COFFEE that you are drinking this time?

Kojima:When I first saw the package, it said "medium roasted," so I wondered how it would taste, but it was really good, and the first one I bought was gone in an instant.
. And, although it is very drinkable, I never get tired of drinking it no matter how much I drink. I drink three to four cups every day, but depending on my physical condition, there are times when I can't drink any more. But I never have that problem with KEIJYUKU COFFEE, and I can drink it anytime I want.

. If you have any coffee accompaniments, please let us know.
Kojima:I also love chocolate, and I always have at least 70% cacao in my pantry. I eat it with raw almonds, turning them into almond chocolate in my mouth (laughs). I recommend about two almonds for every one piece of chocolate.
KEIJYUKU COFFEE" really goes well with bitter chocolate. . I've been spending a lot of time with that set up lately when I'm home alone.
