At the interim debriefing session, the two already had results.

Ryo trained his back and chest on this day. This is a superset that trains the back with dumbbell rows and the chest with dumbbell presses. This is a method to train the active and antagonist muscles (muscles that extend joints are paired with muscles that bend joints, and these are called antagonist muscles) in succession, which provides intense stimulation to the targeted area. This is called the "antagonist" muscle. The chest and back supersets work very well together, and their harmony is like a Simon and Garfunkel duet, or Nanchang against Ucchan. It is also a shortening of time, so busy trainees should be proactive in incorporating it.

Naomi continued her leg training from the previous session. This is a split squat using the Smith machine. This is a squat with the legs spread back and forth. It is an excellent exercise that strengthens the entire lower limbs, especially the buttocks, and also develops a sense of balance. It is quite hard, but it is very effective for weight loss due to the high calorie consumption. It is said that 60-70% of the body's muscles are concentrated in the lower body, including the legs, and that stimulating large muscles and increasing muscle mass increases basal metabolism. Therefore, women who are worried that their legs will get fat from training should not worry. A good amount of muscle mass is necessary for slender and toned legs. Naomi boldly takes on the challenge of squatting. The brightly colored marble pattern on her workout clothes shone brightly.

I've worked on my chest and back as well as my shoulder area up until today. I can't really tell by myself, but people around me tell me that I've gotten a little bigger. Certainly, looking at it again, I feel that my chest has become thicker. I also put the dietary guidance into practice. I eat well in the morning and try to consume a lot of protein by drinking protein or eating protein bars in between workouts. Today's outfit is simple black and very easy to wear; it's rare to find a MA-1 type garment made of cardboard knit material. The stretch was excellent, and I was able to train without stress," said Ryo.
I've never been the type to exercise at all, so I work out my whole body first to increase my body's metabolism. Of the two times a week, one is upper body and the second is lower body. To be honest, I didn't want to build up muscles, but I am getting rather toned. They told me that my waist is cinched and my hips are coming up. I can now do squats with weights, which I used to do with my own body weight at first. My metabolism has improved so much that I was sweating a lot today, but I was surprised that my T-shirt stayed dry and didn't overheat. It cooled down quickly and was not really sticky. The material doesn't show sweat stains, so I don't have to worry about feminine concerns and can concentrate on my training," says Naomi.
