It is a recipe for only "one person" and named after the only "one" recipe in the world. The plan is for Mr. Toba to devise a recipe for one person, not an unspecified number of people, and to talk about it while actually cooking it. The recipe is also available at the end of the article.

We want to respond to what is required.
This time, Mr. Kasamatsu ordered a "low-fat meal.
Toba:Shouchi (*Toba-san's way of calling Kasamatsu-san) works out, so this time I will make a crispy chicken steak and a broccoli and tuna salad, both of which are good after training. I don't need a lot of extra information when it comes to food to eat after training, I just want something simple and instinctively good, so that's exactly what I've decided to make this time. I could have cooked something more fancy, but you don't want to eat something fancy after training.
Kasamatsu:It is so simple that I would like to make it myself.

Toba:Like "Gannibal," the film Shouchi was in, the essence of the film is concentrated at the end of the process of elimination. I saw "Gannibal" a while ago, and I thought it was a film with a lot of inner muscle (laughs). It's a drama, but I'm tempted to call it a movie (laughs). I think there are films that are easy to understand because of the actors, but "Gannibal" has a lot of passion, even down to the supporting actors, while at the same time keeping it simple. So there is no scene where you can't get caught up. I don't think there has been a movie recently where I was more impressed by the actors' artistic ability than by the storyline. I sat down and concentrated on watching the film, but there was a sense of tension in the film. It was the first time for me to take a picture of a TV screen with my phone while watching a movie (laughs).
Kasamatsu:I am glad to hear you say so! I'm sure the team will be happy to hear that.
Toba:There are two memorable scenes: the scene where Shouchi gets angry when everyone is talking lightly at the dinner table and says, "That's not what I meant. The other scene is when he seems to be aiming at Daigo, played by Mr. Yagira.

Kasamatsu:Both scenes were created after much discussion. I think the director was probably unsure about the meal scene. I am the type of person who wants an answer from the director, so I am not very good at thinking together. We talked about various things, and through trial and error, we shot the scene, so I have a lot of feelings about it.
Toba:But I do understand your point of view. I don't have a particular dish that I want to make, and I think it is more appropriate for client work to do the best I can with what is being asked of me. I think it's right for me to do my best for what the client is asking for. If I get too involved in what I want to do, the purity of my work will be diluted.
