I want to get rid of the concept of "for rain".
. Please tell us about your recent footwear situation.
Fujii:Recently, a collaboration model between "Non-Native" and "Mizuno" was just released. . I wear those a lot. If you look closely, you'll see that the color is the same for this special order, too (laughs).

Timberland × nonnative EURO HIKER F/L ¥28,380
As with the "Euro Hiker," which you have ordered separately for this project, I have the image of Mr. Fujii liking functional shoes.
Fujii:You never know when it is going to rain, and I don't like to think, "It's going to rain today, so I'll wear these. I don't want to think, "It's going to rain today, so I'll just wear these..." I think it is better to have shoes that can be worn not only on sunny days, but also on rainy days. Basically, I want to get rid of the concept of "for rainy days.
. - I would like to think of it as all-weather.
Fujii:. all-weather, yet all-situation. Non-native" clothes can be worn for fun, of course, but we also want them to be suitable for more formal occasions. Of course, I don't want to wear them to weddings and funerals. Even if they get dirty, I want them to look cool. I want people to be able to tell that the person is comfortable in these clothes. I also want to make shoes that go with the outfit.
This is the second special order for "Timberland," isn't it?

Fujii:I mentioned that I wanted to make the same boots again, since there were people who still wanted them and I often wore them myself. I told them that the manufacturer had changed their system, and that they could do more than just re-order them. . I was allowed to work on a few models that I liked.
Are you going to release more than just "Euro Hiker"?
Fujii:There are four models in total. The first, "Euro Hiker" will be released first, and then in sequence over the next year or so.
