If you want to enjoy nature just a little more, try going to a garden instead of a park. If you look for it, you can find it surprisingly, even in the middle of the city center.
The Hamarikyu Gardens we visited is surrounded by huge buildings, and the city and nature are two sides of the same coin. The North Face Purple Label's clothes easily connected these two contradictory places. It's comfortable to run around on the grass, and of course it's fine to go out on a date with your girlfriend. That's what urban outdoors means.
Most gardens have water features, and there are many nesting trees for starlings and shrikes, so I recommend trying your hand at birdwatching. I recommend that you try your hand at bird watching. This is another way to get in touch with nature in the city. Many people may not be familiar with this activity, but all you need is a pair of binoculars and a desire to enjoy nature.
