Nepenthes has been in Hakata for 10 years.

It has been 10 years since we opened our store in Hakata. The path taken by "NEPENTHES HAKATA" has not been a smooth one. Instead of opening in Tenjin, the center of the city, the store opened in a location far from the business district, and has grown to fit in with the local area. In addition to tracing the history of the store, we also focus on "NEPENTHES WOMAN HAKATA," which opened on the occasion of its 10th anniversary. We look back on the history of Nepenthes in Hakata, and explore the path it will take in the future.

We want to revitalize this area as a new fashion area.

You just celebrated your 10th anniversary.

Matsumoto:I think the next one will mark 15 years, and I would like to work hand in hand with "NEPENTHES WOMAN HAKATA" to make the store more popular, as well as to spread a different style from the existing one by that time.

. Also, on a regional basis, there are an increasing number of fashion stores in the neighborhood. We would like to work with these stores to make the area itself more exciting.

. and the buds of it are also starting to sprout.

Matsumoto:Yes . I would like to grow those buds and revitalize this area as a new fashion area.

The first floor of the building will be newly opened as "NEPENTHES WOMAN HAKATA" on August 26, 2023. As mentioned by Ms. Matsumoto, it features collections from popular brands such as "Needles" and "Rodrillion.
