. - You travel a lot for your work, including tours for the brand "F.C.E." and the band "toe", don't you? Are you good at packing?

Yamane:I'm good at it, and I love it (laughs). (Laughs.) I am also confident in doing long-term projects, such as a family of four staying in Europe for a month or so. I feel good when it all fits together perfectly. Before I go on a trip, I always take a picture of my packing and upload it to Instagram. It's just for my own self-satisfaction, though.

-Among your luggage, is there anything in particular that is indispensable?

Yamane:I am not a fan of umbrellas , so a rain poncho is a must, even though it is bulky. I also always bring sandals for the hotel . If it's a long trip, I'll wear GORE-TEX sneakers and have a spare pair of sneakers. I also bring a laptop and iPad, a Kindle since I like to read, a camera, headphones, and other gadgets.

-Preparedness! Then you have a lot of luggage. May I take a quick look inside?

Yamane:My wife asks me, "Why do you have so much luggage?" . She often says, "I don't have that much luggage. We have a tight schedule there, so I don't have this , and I don't want to be rushed! I don't like to be in a hurry. . I am good at packing, but even so, I inevitably end up with a lot of luggage.

-It is indeed beautifully arranged. I can see how meticulous Mr. Yamane is.

Yamane:I always use packing cubes to divide my luggage into smaller pieces. The moment they fit together like a Tetris puzzle is a great feeling. . In hotels, I don't take out my luggage, but use it with my carry-on case open, so it is important to be able to see at a glance what is inside and use it right away.

-What kind of trip did you imagine this time?

Yamane:I recently went to Taiwan on a "toe" tour . It was just 2 nights and 3 days, so it was the perfect size. . I packed it while remembering that time.

-I know you have a lot of travel bags, but is there anything important to you when choosing one?

Yamane:I work in fashion , so I pay attention to the overall look. I generally dress casually, so I try to carry a good quality bag. . I am of age, and I want to get along well with quality items. . It is definitely better to use a good one, especially for a carry-on case. The durability of the main unit determines whether your trip will be comfortable or not, and if it breaks during your trip, you will either have to carry it around inconveniently or buy a new one. That's where you'll lose time and effort, and you'll feel down.
