THE NORTH FACE/NEUTRALWORKS. Kichijoji," a store that integrates everything from outdoor activities to athletic activities and conditioning, opened in Kichijoji, Tokyo, on September 22, 2023. To experience the store's characteristics, a group run was held one Saturday morning with the HOUYHNHNM RUNNING CLUB♡ and a group of fun-loving friends. In the lush green setting of Kichijoji, the participants learned not only how to run, but also how to prepare their bodies before and after running.

As usual, when we invited participants on HOUYHNHNM RUNNING CLUB ♡'s Facebook page, the number of participants quickly reached the maximum number. Everyone seemed to respond to the word "conditioning" with excitement. I know I should do it, but I don't really know what exactly I should do for conditioning.
