Ms. Hashimoto is a freelance barista. She is an active person who loves camping, tent saunas, and running. He is surrounded by many outdoor enthusiasts and has always wanted to start trekking in earnest.
HARU studies under stylist Keita Inotsuka and also works as a DJ. She has always loved physical exercise and completed a full marathon last August.

After praying for safety at the "Kintoki Shrine" located at the trailhead of Mount Kintoki, we set out.
The course this time is a round course of about 6 km, starting at the trailhead of "Kintoki Shrine" and proceeding counterclockwise on the trail, then descending via Kintoki Mountain, Nagao Mountain, and Otome Pass. Standard course time is approximately 3.5 hours in total. There are no dangerous spots such as chain-link or ladders, and even beginners with little mountaineering experience can enjoy the course without difficulty.

For a while after the start, we are in a forest zone. We proceeded through the dense forest, surrounded by beautiful sunlight filtering through the trees.

It was a clear day and the temperature in the mountains ranged from 5°C to 10°C. While it was cold when standing in the shade, it could feel hot when walking in the sun. At that time, you can adjust your body temperature by taking off your outerwear. Minimizing perspiration is the secret to enjoying trekking in comfort.
