The gears that supported the 100-kilometer journey.
Lastly, we would like to introduce the "adidas Terrex" gear that supported Yamamoto and Shibayama on their 100-kilometer journey.
Outstanding resilience. Exceptional downhill feeling!

telex agravic speed" ¥23,760
Shoes are the most important item in trail running. It is both difficult and fun to choose the best pair of shoes for the distance and pace you want to run, as well as the road conditions and weather of the day. This pair of "adidas Terex, which I wore in this race, is a little more racey, and the midsole seems to have more resilience than cushioning. At first I thought they might be too spartan for me. However, during the race, I was able to run without feeling any unnecessary stress from the beginning to the end, and I was able to run with ease, letting the shoes do the work for me. The downhill was especially good, and the feeling when I got up to speed was exceptional! The Continental rubber outsole has a high grip, and I never felt unstable even on wet, rainy surfaces. I would like to try them in my daily trail running and in short distance races.
Never get wet or steamy. Feel waterproof and breathable!

Terex XPERIOR 2.5-layer Light RAIN. RDY Jacket" ¥24,200
The most useful piece of gear we used this time was this rain jacket. When it rained at night, this jacket kept my clothes dry inside. On top of that, it is highly breathable and breathable, and I never felt uncomfortably stuffy. The double-zip front serves as a ventilation system, making it easy to adjust body temperature. The vivid orange hue is also a nice touch, and just wearing it makes me feel good. It stands out in the mountains, so it's easy to find! It was also well received by the filming team (laughs).
Roll-top type with freely adjustable capacity.

Terex Speed Hike Backpack (reference product)
Here is the backpack we utilized for this race. It has a capacity of 15 liters, which is larger than most trail running sacks. It is easy to use because of its roll-top design, which allows you to adjust the capacity according to your luggage. I was able to carry a variety of items, including a change of clothes and provisions, with plenty of room to spare. Incidentally, this sack was originally developed for speed hiking. I would like to use it on a gentle hike in low mountains next time! (Hideki Shibayama)
