There are some clothes that give you a sense of time just by taking a quick look at them. Chemical denim and Western shirts are probably the best examples.
That is my preference, but personally, I like the simple clothes that can be found in any age. I think that is the current trend. The supremacy of the ordinary.
This Lacoste cardigan is a perfect example of such universality.
Deep burgundy and yuletide sizing. The familiar alligator in blue is also cute.
(This is because this blue alligator was made by IZOD, an American company that was licensed to Lacoste from the 70's to the 90's.) (From what I hear, the number of bullets is decreasing as well.)
These spring-like colors will give you a cool mood just by throwing it over a printed T or draping it over your shoulders. The fact that it is made of acrylic, which doesn't tingle, is also a good thing.
By the way, this one is from the 70s. It doesn't look like it, but that's the beauty of it.
