Grooming is, first of all, cleanliness. This includes hair, skin, fingertips, and, for example, smell. Cleanliness is also an expression of an attitude of respect for human relationships. It is also one of the reasons why businessmen wear a neat and tidy suit.
Introduced here is a set-up from "SWEET SKTBS," a brand born in Sweden in the late 1990s. It is different from so-called "business wear," but the thick stripes are moderately elegant, and it would be more apt to describe it as street wear for adults.
A loose-fitting jacket and slightly thicker pants. Like the visual above, I would wear it with a plain white T, a thin gold chain, and a pair of black and white Converse All Stars and go out to a bar. It's more like a sidekick than an outfit.
