In the past few years, we have often heard that "Berlin is interesting. El Bocho is a street artist based in Berlin. He is a creator of bold works that use the city and its buildings as canvases for painting, as well as conceptual advertisements.
To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, "El Bocho" and CNN International produced "Go Beyond Borders," a project that used 40 kilometers of masking tape and won a gold award at the Clio Awards, one of the world's most prestigious advertising awards. The project won a gold medal at the Clio Awards, one of the world's top advertising awards.

These portraits of people suddenly appear in the midst of cityscapes such as cafes and theaters. The unique touch that drifts between deformation and realism stands out as a foreign object in an everyday landscape, but at the same time it is strangely harmonious and gives us a sense of a new stage in street art. It can be said that these photographs symbolize the attitude toward art in Germany.
At "104GALERIE," about 20 works, including paintings, will be exhibited. In "104Rmond," a semi-indoor space with natural light, there will be an installation exhibition including "CITIZENS," a series of portraits of women. The venue will also display sketchbooks, photo books, and video works in which "El Bocho" himself draws his ideas. In addition, the streets of Tokyo will be dotted with artworks drawn by him.
