This January, HERMÈS presented its autumn/winter 2025 collection. What appeared on the runway was a style that blended formal and casual, two contradictory elements, into one.
Blousons with blankets, sharply made suits, soft leather shirts, and graphically knitted knits were all modern, but what was particularly striking was the color palette, which shifted between gray and brown. The nuances of warmth and gentleness added depth to the clothing's expressions.
The same is true for the colors of this new wallet.
This is a leather mini-wallet named "Macaron" Compact, marked by an oval patch decorating the center. This patch is said to be based on "Bolide," one of Hermes' most famous bags. The "Bolide" is known as the first bag by Hermès to use a zipper, and it is still loved by customers more than 100 years after its birth.

When you open "Macaron," you will see two compartments, two card pockets, and a coin pocket with a snap button. In an age when cashless payment is the norm, this configuration may be sufficient for many people.
The highlight is not only that, but also that it comes with a strap called a bandoliere. The length of the strap is adjustable, so it can be worn around the neck or over the shoulder. If you don't need it, you can remove it and put your wallet in your pocket.
At the beginning of fall, why not use "macarons" as necklaces and match them with shirts and sweatshirts? With its appearance and ease of use, once you have it, you won't want to let it go.
