The store, which started as an interior design store, is now ready to launch its original line of apparel.

Dill Pickle Club, which has a store in Torigoe, Taito-ku, Tokyo, offers "DPC BASIC. The brand logo and items incorporate elements of Scandinavian design, such as Bauhaus and Swiss typography, which are the "basics" and "origin" of the store.

DPC BASIC ¥8,800 each

The first item in the "DPC BASIC" lineup is a border T-shirt in two colors. The coloring was inspired by educational toys made by Neff, a Swiss wooden toy manufacturer.

For the silhouette, the optimal length, width, and sewing technique for this item were selected based on research into items made in the 1980s and 1990s. By making garments from materials that have no place to go, such as those found in warehouses, we are contributing to sustainable efforts.
