Trekking shoes with excellent cushioning have become popular, and barefoot shoes are making a comeback. Sneakers also go in and out of fashion, but KICKS LAB. has a new collaboration that reminds us that low-tech sneakers are always the best.
This is the sixth installment of adidas Originals' special-order series. This time, the famous "TOBACCO" has been rearranged.

The brown coloring often seen in French-made shoes from the 70s and 80s when "Tobacco" was born was extracted and incorporated into this work. Inheriting the story from their previous collaborations, the upper features a flip color suede upper that reverses the iconic "Brown & Black".
The lining is dark brown, respecting the atmosphere of the time, and black and white are used for the details as the store colors of "Kicks Lab".
The look was produced by .OWT. Independent Publishing ("Out"), a company led by photographer Shingo Kureya. Noboru Hino of GINO, a bicycle shop in Chitose Funabashi, is photographed enjoying MTB.
Pre-orders are now being accepted, and the pre-order bonus is a booklet by "Out". A movie by Paradise Eight Films is also available.
The release date is Saturday, October 11, and the "Out" will be available in stores on a first-come, first-served basis. Tobacco" is at its coolest when it gets worn in, gets dirty, and the suede becomes shaggy and flaky. Please try a pair of these astringent shoes that will make you think that way.
