"Denim Tears," a brand helmed by Tremain Emory, has launched its Fall/Winter 2026 collection globally.
While they delve deeply into Black culture and the history of the diaspora from their own unique perspective every season, this season’s collection will primarily feature a collaboration with the “André Leon Talley Estate.”
The late André Leon Talley was hailed as a master of the fashion world. He became the first African American to serve as creative director of *VOGUE*, and later served as editor-in-chief and Anna Wintour’s right-hand man.
One of his achievements was raising the profile of up-and-coming Black designers. From the late 1990s through the early 2000s, he was among the first to take notice of brands such as *Billionaire Boys Club*, *Dapper Dan*, *Fat Farm*, and *Rocawear*. By sitting in the front row at fashion shows and wearing their pieces himself, he brought them to the public’s attention.
Furthermore, his unique way of mixing streetwear with high fashion was something that was truly his own at the time. His free-spirited and innovative style not only had a tremendous impact on the industry but has also contributed to the development of today’s street culture.
This collection marks the first apparel collaboration officially endorsed by the “André Leon Talley Estate.” Through an extensive lineup of 153 pieces, the collection explores his unique style.
In addition to these, this season will also feature the latest release from the familiar “Stüssy Tears” line, a collaboration with the Billionaire Boys Club, and items created in partnership with Spacebrat, an up-and-coming artist from LA.
We plan to release them gradually on our official website.
