We've moved from Komazawa to Kamimachi. A new chapter for Skool begins today, October 3.

〈Skool〉, a store that has put down roots in Komazawa and built its identity around a unique aesthetic, has been featured numerous times on Fuinam. Now, it has decided to relocate.

After seven years in business, we’ve chosen Kamimachi as our next location. We’re pleased to announce that we’ll be opening on Saturday, October 3.
 
The new store is about a 30-second walk from Kamimachi Station on the Tokyu Setagaya Line. It’s located on a quiet street where you can hear the sounds of railroad crossings and children’s voices.

To coincide with the grand reopening, each brand’s fall/winter collection is set to launch simultaneously, so 〈School〉 shot its seasonal lookbook.

While fall and winter offer the joy of layering clothes, our collection is full of styles that will spark your desire to layer. Please stop by our store to see them for yourself.

In addition, “Open Box ”Free Skool’” will be located next to the new store. As a free space, it will serve as a venue for exhibitions and pop-up events, as well as a place where a variety of items—not just clothing—will be exchanged.
 
We are currently planning a photography exhibition by photographer Naoya Matsumoto for our inaugural show. Stay tuned.

By the way, there’s also an affiliated restaurant called “CAILO” in Kamimachi. A great way to spend the evening is to visit both places and then stop by “Sōzai Minami,” located on the first floor of “CAILO,” for a drink on your way home.
