50's Royal Navy Fearnought Smock
A vintage clothing store in Machida that collects both American vintage and Euro-vintage high-grade items.JAM.is celebrating its 10th anniversary. To commemorate this, we will drop selected special pieces from the U.S., the U.K., and France on the arrival day tomorrow, Saturday, the 17th. Including the 50's Royal Navy "Fair-Knout Smock" pictured above, there will be treasures for vintage fans to covet.
Although this is a last-minute announcement, HOUYHNHNM has picked out a few items that were of particular interest to us prior to the arrival of the new items.
WW2 US Navy Denim Gunner Smock
This denim pullover parka in US Navy is a masterpiece that has been reproduced by numerous brands. The design of the hood covering the neck and the button closure with a wing closure are just superb. It is rare to find a denim item of this high quality.
60's Eddiebauer x Grenfell Sky Liner
The "Skyliner" of "Eddie Bauer," a brand synonymous with vintage down jackets, is a double name with the long-established British brand "Grenfell. The bright red lining has a woven name with the names of both brands firmly credited. The fact that the "Skyliner" is "MADE IN ENGLAND" is also irresistible.
30's Mid Western Hunting Leather Jacket
These are all 30's hunting style leather jackets with pigeon-eye zips. One of these leather jackets is very valuable, but to have three of them at once is quite a feat. The front and back are horsehide, and the middle one is a combination of nubuck and suede. Both the degree and quality of the leather are in mint condition. If you like it, this is the one for you.
