There is nothing like listening to an adventurer's story to directly relive his or her journey. And the harsher the environment, the more precious it is. This is probably one of the reasons why the TV program "Crazy Journey" (TBS) is so popular.
TOO MUCH magazine, an independent magazine from Tokyo, and Naoki Ishikawa present "The Seven Continents," a series of lectures on the theme of "Kanchenjunga & Amadablam" for the fourteenth time in two years.
In April 2018, Naoki Ishikawa headed to base camp at Kangchenjunga (8,586m), the third highest peak in the world, which rises near the border between India and Nepal. In November, he summited Ama Dablam (6,856m), also in the Himalayas, and after completing his first Himalayan expedition since his K2 attempt in 2015, Ishikawa will talk at length about his trip.
In conjunction with the event, the "Naoki Ishikawa The Himalayas" issue, which was published by TOO MUCH magazine in 2015 and has been in short supply, will be re-edited and released in a new binding.
