The Tedori River, which originates in the Hakusan Mountains straddling Ishikawa and Gifu prefectures, has long been close to people's lives as a source of water for daily use, but the water of the Tedori River was also used for agricultural irrigation. The "Haruta Knit" brand represents the story behind the river's history.
As the name of the item suggests, this work is inspired by spring rice fields. The uneven weave in the center represents a plowed rice field, the patterns on both sides represent buds, and the crumpled pattern on the side represents an irrigation channel through which the water of the Tedori River flows.
The neck is decorated with the matching collar that is synonymous with Yashiki's kimono, and the cuffs are decorated with the brand's iconic yagasuri pattern.
