AEL, which until now has been open only for dinner, has started its long-awaited lunch business.

The course of interest is divided into its content on weekdays and weekends.

The weekend prix fixe course, for example, is simply composed of an amuse, appetizer, and main dish, using seasonal ingredients selected by Shingo Matsuura, who serves as chef, and includes a salad for 1,800 yen.
