Ronin Jiru 2018 ¥3,600+TAX
The other is Ronin Jiru 2018. It was co-created with a French brewer. Using only Delaware from Yamagata Prefecture, it has an excellent balance of volatile acidity and fruitiness. Because of its high sugar content, it goes surprisingly well with sweet and spicy Japanese food such as sukiyaki, as well as other fruits.
The vineyard and vinification facilities are located in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is considered an ideal location for grape cultivation due to the large daily temperature difference and good drainage.
