A limited edition collection that connects Gap's present and future. The 50th anniversary of the company's founding is also in sight.

Gap, which has been offering modern American casual style since its birth in San Francisco in 1969, celebrated its 50th anniversary this August.

As befitting such an anniversary year, "The 1969 Premium Collection," which expresses the authentic appeal and new value of denim, and "Denim Through the Decades will be launched on September 13 (Friday).

The "1969 Premium Collection" is made of fabric from Kaihara, a leading denim fabric manufacturer in Japan with a history of more than 110 years. The classic silhouette is followed by a washed finish to create a vintage look and feel. In addition to men's and women's wear, kids' and babies' wear are also available.
