No matter how much people say that age is irrelevant, the fact remains that there are certain expressions that only young people can express when they are young. That is why it is fun to watch young people express themselves.
A joint exhibition of three artists representing Japanese youth culture was held at the gallery ".SO1in the "( Fri Nov )~Nov 4, ( Mon ). The lineup includes COIN PARKING DELIVERY, JUN INAGAWA, and Yabiku Henrique Yudi (detailed profiles are at the bottom of this article). In addition to the collaborative art created by the three artists for this event, the exhibition will also feature archival and new works by the individual artists.
The theme of the exhibition is "MY WAVE. The meaning of this is that instead of riding the waves of an era that has already been created, one creates one's own waves and rides them, being a pioneer and an adventurer indeed. The curator of this joint exhibition is COIN PARKING DELIVERY, who is also participating as an artist.
To commemorate the event, hoodies printed with collaborative art by the three artists will be available for order for one day only at ZOZO TOWN from November 21, ( Thu ).
The "MY WAVE" exhibition is held to create a movement from Tokyo with the unique perspective of the younger generation. The exhibition includes a section titled "Youth's Claim," which asks what the three artists, each of whom is brimming with individuality, will claim and express. We should pay close attention to their expressions because the bow of the times is linked to the viewpoints of young people.

COIN PARKING DELIVERY: Born in Tochigi Prefecture in 1997. He started his creative activities in 2018 when he started drawing pictures with his fingers using his smartphone, which he thought was a waste of time when he was traveling by train. Using the essential item of today's cell phones, he creates works based on questions and ideals unique to this era. He now works not only with data, but also with modeling, space, drawing, art direction for store interiors of foreign brands, and exterior walls of public spaces overseas.
JUN INAGAWA：Jun was born in Tokyo in 1999. He moved to San Diego, U.S. when he graduated from elementary school and became an otaku there. 16 years old, he watched a skate video and fell in love with street culture, collaborating with various street brands and rappers. In August 2006, he moved to Tokyo, where he is working hard to make his debut as a serial artist.
Yabiku Henrique Yudi: Born in 1997. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, he moved to Japan at the age of 11. He is a collage artist who creates collages based on his intuition, and gives them a story of his own in the process of creation.
