KAWS' giant art "Companion," a world-traveling KAWS artwork, is at the foot of Mt!

KAWS:HOLIDAY", a huge art project by KAWS, landed in Japan, and the kick-off event, "KAWS:HOLIDAY JAPAN Ceremonial Camp Day" was held on July 18 at the "Fumotoppara Campsite" in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The project, titled "KAWS:HOLIDAY," is a collaboration between AllRightsReserved, a creative studio based in Hong Kong, and KAWS, a contemporary artist based in New York, and is based on the concept that a giant artwork of KAWS's signature character "COMPANION" will travel around the world. On the day of the event, KAWS himself came to Japan and appeared with creative director SK LAM. In addition, the celebrity Laura was invited as a guest for a talk session in front of the 40-meter-long giant artwork, "Companion.

Laura flew in from LA, where she is based for her activities, and said, "The collaboration between Mt. Fuji and KAWS is really a great combination. Fuji and KAWS are a great combination.
