Chaos in daily life as seen through vertigo. Illustrator Hisayuki Hiranuma held his first solo exhibition.

Hisayuki Hiranuma has been working in the apparel industry for many years and started his career as an illustrator in earnest this year. Hisayuki Hiranuma draws illustrations that hit the right spot, armed with his natural sense of style and deep love for subcultures. Hisayuki Hiranuma is an up-and-coming illustrator who is already attracting attention for his illustrations in various fashion magazines and fashion brands, in addition to "Huinum" and "Huinum Unplugged" magazine.

Hisayuki Hiranuma held his first solo exhibition "Hisayuki Hiranuma's Vertigo" at the art gallery "CLASS" in Harajuku. In this exhibition, instead of his usual illustrations, Hiranuma will be showing paintings. He depicts familiar motifs that everyone has seen at least once from the perspective of "vertigo.

The usual familiar scenes of fast food restaurants, famous cartoons, logos of famous artists, etc., are distorted and displaced. It is as if we are hallucinating.

My vision becomes distorted, and what I like and what I see in my eyes become more and more distorted.
Hisayuki Hiranuma's Vertigo, a world caused by the dizziness of his own nucleus due to his poor physical condition. It is a peculiar world that cannot be expressed in the usual way, and it brought me possibilities in exchange for my health condition.
In this display, we reproduced ( and ) to show how the world we take for granted in our daily life is distorted by an instantaneous trigger and becomes more and more distorted.
