PARANOIDwill open on Saturday, March 14 at the gallery's "VOILLD. will hold a solo exhibition "MINCE! MINCE! MINCE!

Influenced by the music scene of punk, death metal, and hardcore, as well as cultures such as skateboarding and horror, Paranoid creates works that pursue gore expression with a unique sense of humor and detailed descriptions.

His interest in the psychedelic movement of the 1970s inspired him to start his own artist activities, inspired by works related to music, including rave culture in Japan and abroad.

Challenging a wide variety of techniques, including stencil, mural, and miniature painting, he gradually attracted the attention of hardcore music fans, including showing his work at Japan's most important underground party, Flower of Life, which was held at the Ajien Building in Osaka in the early 2000s.

Later, he incorporated the intense gore depictions born of death metal, horror, and skateboarding culture into his own style, and began working on many CD jackets for extreme music musicians.

In the fashion scene, he has provided artwork for his friend's brand "Midorikawa" and his artwork has been featured in fashion and culture magazines such as "Libertin DUNE" and "The New Order Magazine". This solo exhibition will feature approximately 30 works, including past paintings and drawings surrounded by a world of swirling black humor and overflowing stimulation, as well as new and previously unseen works. In addition, new items such as T-shirts produced in collaboration with "Boiled" will be on sale.
