The Beosound Balance was developed as a shelf-mounted speaker that also serves as a beautiful interior object. , featuring a soft, round silhouette made of solid oak wood and knit textiles.
The "Beosound Balance" is designed to be an object that blends in with the interior design. It has a hidden touch interface, and when the user approaches the speaker, the interface floats up to guide the user through the comfortable touch operation. The speaker has succeeded in eliminating unnecessary structure to allow intuitive operation, such as adjusting the volume by swiping the contour of the top plate, or sending a song by touching each operation icon.

Two sound modes are provided: "omnidirectional mode," which fills the speaker's surroundings with uniform sound, and "directional control mode," which allows the listener to direct the sound to the desired listening position.
The Beosound Balance is compatible with Google Chromecast, Apple Airplay2, and Spotify Connect (available by June 2020). The speaker is fully equipped with key voice assistant features, including Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa (available by late 2020), and can play music, check the news, and be completely hands-free under a Wi-Fi connection.
Bang & Olufsen, the pioneer of home speaker systems, has of course not skimped on sound: seven speaker drivers are arranged, with two woofer drivers mounted in opposite positions to suppress unwanted vibrations, allowing you to enjoy natural and comfortable low frequencies at home without worrying about the neighborhood. This allows you to enjoy a natural and comfortable low frequency sound at home without worrying about the neighbors.
The most sophisticated smart speaker of our time, completed by craftsmanship, quality materials, and smart ideas that take interior design into consideration. It is currently available at Bang & Olufsen specialty stores, and will be available at three electronics retailers in Tokyo from early April.
