Now that we spend so much time at home, many of us have made reading one of our hobbies. If you like to travel, why not pick up a copy of "Louis Vuitton City Guide"?
As the name suggests, this is aLOUIS VUITTONSince its publication in 1998, the Louis Vuitton Travel Guide has featured one city at a time, and to date has introduced 30 cities around the world. Although often overshadowed by small leather goods and clothing, it is in fact one of Louis Vuitton's most historic masterpieces.
On Friday, May 15, a new book will be added to this series. The focus is on the ancient city of Reims in northeastern France. Located about 45 minutes from Paris by high-speed TGV train, it is known as the place where kings of France have been coronated for generations and has many historical buildings registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Moreover, Reims is located in the Champagne region, a favorite destination for wine lovers.
This book introduces more than 150 spots in these fascinating places. Hotels, galleries, bistros, bars, wines, etc... A team of writers and guest contributors will provide extensive descriptions of many little-known spots.
The book will be available at Louis Vuitton stores and online. An electronic version of the book will also be available for free download from the App Store until this fall, just in time for the grape harvest. Please note that both the book and the electronic version are only available in English and French.
The time will surely come when you can travel again. For now, it is fun to think of places you have never been to at home.
