Green Bean to Bar Chocolates has finally opened its first store in the Kansai region! Limited edition chocolates unique to Kyoto will also be available.

The location of interest is a corner of the "Shinpukan" commercial complex. With the first "Ace Hotel" in Asia, a store and mini-theater unique to Kyoto, and other facilities, it is expected to become a new cultural center where various cultures intersect. The display space is designed to evoke the brand concept of the "journey" from cacao beans to chocolate, including photographs of virgin cacao forests.

Gateau Chocolat ¥3,564 in TAX

In addition to the standard tablets and bonbons, newly created chocolate macarons and gateau chocolates are available. All are handmade in Japan by skilled chocolate artisans. Each piece is carefully crafted so that the original flavor of the cacao bean can be fully appreciated.

Not only that, but the Kyoto store also offers original chocolates made with Rausu kelp from "Uneno," a famous Kyoto soup stock store that has been in business for 115 years. The packaging, made of Japanese paper, is specially designed with a bird symbolizing Kyoto Prefecture, the "Great Horned Grebe," as a reminder of the prefecture. Other bonbon chocolates made with Japanese ingredients such as dashi, miso, sake, and Uji green tea will also be available.
