DESCENTE ALLTERRAIN has contributed greatly to popularizing the name "Mizusawa Down. This is a collection of masterpieces that shows a point of arrival in the world of outerwear by incorporating high-level technology into a minimalistic, solid down jacket.

And now, to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the opening of DESCENTE BLANC, a DESCENTE ORTERINE store, in Daikanyama and Fukuoka, "MADE TO MEASURE," a customization service for Mizusawa down, will be offered for a limited time.

The model that can be customized this time is "Mountaineer," which is a high-spec standard model among Mizusawa Down.

In addition to the standard colors of black and navy, the outer and inner lining can be selected from six colors, including four new colors prepared especially for this occasion, for a total of 36 color variations.

The color of the lining changes the impression quite a bit.

Customized sizing is also possible, with DESCENTE's pattern makers suggesting the perfect size based on the customer's measurements using an AI measurement app.

During one-on-one counseling, this service allows customers to try on size samples as well as confirm the wearing comfort with a 3D avatar on a PC to create their own Mizusawa Down.

In recent years, it is an extremely important concept in manufacturing to eliminate waste as much as possible and to avoid making unnecessary products. This attempt is an extension of that concept. This is one of the forms of sustainability that DESCENTE has come to think of.
