The GORE-TEX membrane is directly bonded to the wool upper, eliminating gaps between the materials. This prevents wrinkling and improves the fit, while ensuring waterproofing, breathability, and windproofing.

The North Face had already released a knit sneaker last year that used GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology, but this is the first attempt to combine it with wool in Japan.
