Founded in 1803, BULLY is a general beauty specialist in Paris. A second street-level store will open on Kotto-dori in Aoyama.

At this time, a boutique of "Buly," a Parisian general beauty specialist, will open on Kotto Dori. This will be the seventh Buly boutique in Japan and the second street-level store.

The boutique is located in a corner of a brick building built in 1982. As you can see in the photo, the most distinctive feature of the store is that it blends seamlessly into the cityscape. When Ramdan Touami, owner and artistic director of Bury, found this location, he was thrilled. It reminded him of the red-brick buildings he grew up with in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in southwestern France, where he grew up.

The 40-year-old building is characterized by the fact that not only the exterior walls but also the streets are covered with brick tiles, which are utilized directly in the interior of the store.

The interior of the store is covered with bricks from floor to wall. Reminiscent of ancient bathhouses, the bricks are a perfect fit as a space for "BULLY" products.

On the wall to the right as you enter, displayed in every direction, are glass tubes made in Japan for physical and chemical research.

The glass tubes, intricately assembled like a pinball game, are a playful installation that allows customers to try out BULLY's Yuille antiques for themselves.

To the left is a beauty counter with classical elements. The wall-to-ceiling walnut wood paneling, made by a French furniture craftsman, is covered with a crimson velvet fabric and plaster relief reminiscent of a bathing scene in Greek mythology.

In order to blend in with its surroundings, the store does not even display the Bury name on the front of the store. Instead, a huge sample of Bury's best-selling hand cream, Pomade Concrète, is displayed as a store sign outside the store.

Every store in the "BUREAURIE" chain has a completely different concept in creating space, which makes customers who come to the store in search of beauty dream in a certain way. It's like they cast a spell on you.
