On the occasion of the launch, Andrew Richardson, the creator of "Richardson," had the following to say about his relationship with "Hysteric Glamour" and Nobuhiko Kitamura
I first met NOBU (Nobuhiko Kitamura) during my first visit to Tokyo in 1991, when radical graphic T-shirts had been popular among young people in London since the late 1980s, and I often saw them around town. I learned at that time that he had created those T-shirts. His brand, "Hysteric Glamour," was the beginning of my exposure to Tokyo street culture. When I started Richardson Magazine in 1998, Hysteric Glamour was the first to advertise in the magazine. We have continued to collaborate regularly since then. We have continued to collaborate regularly since then.
The collaborative items, the result of a friendship that has lasted more than 20 years, will go on sale at Richardson Tokyo and the official online store of "Hysteric Glamour" on September 12 (Sat).
