Light a fire in the cultural scene. Under the command of Budweiser, four remarkable artists will gather.

The Corona disaster has caused the cancellation of numerous events one after another, and artists who lost the opportunity to present their work, as well as clubs and other entertainment venues, are facing an unprecedented crisis.

Against this backdrop, Budweiser launched RE:CONNECT, a project aimed at revitalizing the Japanese culture scene. So far, four support programs have been implemented, including the "Lost Decade" DJ event and rapper BIM's performance at Akasaka BLITZ, which were distributed online.

For this fifth edition of the exhibition, four artists who have attracted attention both in Japan and abroad have been invited to participate in the art project. Art posters by Kosuke Kawamura, Jun Inagawa, Shusaku Takaoka, and Toya Horiuchi will be exhibited in the gallery and online, and will also be available for sale.

The highlight of the works is how each artist has incorporated the iconic red "Budweiser" logo into their artwork. Even though the motif is the same, each artist's approach is different, and their individual personalities are fully expressed in the finished works.

The silkscreen posters will be sold through an online lottery , limited to 30 copies each. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to "Shibuya Future Design," an incorporated association, to support other artists and the cultural scene.

The works will be exhibited at the SO1 gallery in Shibuya, Tokyo, for three days only, from September 25 (Fri.) to 27 (Sun.). For those unable to attend, an online exhibition will also be held until October 4 (Sun.), allowing visitors to experience a similar spatial presentation.
