Taiga Nakano played the role of Tasuku, a clumsy protagonist who makes an irrevocable mistake but is determined to move forward. The film faithfully depicts Tasuku's wavering emotions as they are gradually revealed.

His wife, Kine, is Riho Yoshioka. Riho Yoshioka expresses her resentment toward her husband not in words, but in her silence, revealing a glimpse of her newfound talent.
